Northpointe Construction Corporation, a family owned and operated business. We are construction managers and general contractors who focus on municipal, industrial, and commercial projects. Our principal work activities include selective and structural demolition; carpentry; miscellaneous and structural steel fabrication and installation; all facets of masonry and concrete refurbishment, and replacement; complete site work packages including, mass excavation, foundations, site lighting, curbs, walks, and landscaping.  
The principals of Northpointe Construction have a combined experience level in excess of 60 years in the general construction field. Our key staff members have similar levels of experience in a wide range of trades. In addition to our in-house surveying and engineering technician, we maintain standing retainers with structural engineers, civil engineers, surveyors, and architects. This contact base gives us quick response time to technical questions when professional opinions are necessary or prudent.  
At present, we are actively seeking projects requiring structural demolition, interior demolition, steel fabrication/erection, concrete, masonry, carpentry, and site work. Upon your request, we would gladly prepare a bid for your anything in your current project inventory. We would also appreciate being placed on your prospective bidder’s list for consideration.
